A Review Of….LAS VEGAS!

It might be a good idea to start with  a short review of the city itself. Why not, maybe before you come to Vegas you don’t really want to read about how good or bad the casinos are, or where you can find the best food… you are not even here yet, so you just want to know a little about Vegas, is it worth spending your money to come here or not?

So….what are the ratings for this town?

Well, it is rated best gambling destination in the world. With one of the most expensive casinos on the planet (Bellagio cost 1.6 billion dollars to build, Wynn cost a whoopping 2.7 billion),  and the most renowned nightlife around.

Some of the casinos here are rated to be the best places to gamble if you want to become a millionaire. Ocean’s people didn’t come here for nothing!

Hungry? No problem. Las Vegas has been proclaimed the buffet capital of the world. Hundreds to choose from, with around the world cuisine, at some very afordable prices. Everything from Chinese buffet, French, Seafood, Mexican….whatever your heart desires. You pay once when you get in and eat all you can!

And talking about food…Vegas is also in the list for the top 10 best steakhouses in the world. So if you have money to spend and the buffet doesn’t cut it for you, why not try SW Steakhouse in the Wynn, which has been voted one of the best around.

Vegas is also in the charts as having some of the best pools in the world! Luxurious, refreshing, innovative, you can enjoy them everywhere, even if you’re in the middle of the desert! It might be in Caesar’s Palace, Mandalay Bay, or Hard Rock, or any other place where you decide to cool down a little in those hot summer days (or to warm up in a jacuzzi in winter)… Also home of some of America’s most luxurious spas

Vegas is not called entertainment capital of the world for nothing! Here you can see the best shows in the world year round; magic shows, dog shows, erotic shows, comedy shows, circus shows…well, you got the idea. Vegas hosts Cirque du Soleil, The Blue Man Group, Toni Braxton, The Chippendales, Thunder From Down Under, David Copperfield, Penn&Teller, Barry Manilow, Rita Rudner, Elton John, and so much more…

Vegas is the only place in the world were you will find, all in one city: pieces of ancient Egypt, Rome, the Eiffel Tower, the Statue of Liberty, artifacts from the Titanic, Picassos, Van Goghs, Rio de Janeiro parades, volcanos, rainforests, lagoons, gondolas, and many more man made wonders that make your imagination run wild with excitement and set the backround for a fairy tale!

Las Vegas has acquired the distinction of being the most sought out destination for weddings. There are maximum numbers of chapels throughout the city and all the chapels portray a touch of traditional elegance, beauty, and charm. Las Vegas wedding chapels are famous worldwide and are considered amongst the best wedding chapels throughout the world. There are around 150,000 couples getting marriage licenses every year;  Las Vegas is the only place on the globe where you can get married by an Elvis impersonator. So if you’re convinced by now, you can have a wild bachelor/bachelorette party and then get married by Elvis in one of the city chapels.  Oh, and divorce the next day if you were too drunk and married the wrong person… or you can be more traditional and marry the old fashioned way, or just renew your vows…there are more than plenty of places where you can do it!

That’s Vegas for you, baby! Not perfect, but surely promises an experience that you will never forget!
